Review of the WineCultureWeeks 2024

In 2024, the Wine Culture Weeks in the historic alleyways and manors of the wine village of St. Pauls | Eppan were once again dedicated to wine and culture from 18 July to 28 July 2024. Whether convivial tasting evenings, culinary delights or a selected cultural program around the theme of wine - the noble drop presented itself in all its facets.

The first event was the “South Tyrolean Wine Promenade” on July 18, where exquisite wines and distillates from Eppan producers and the South Tyrolean Sparkling Wine Association were served in combination with culinary delicacies from the Paulsner restaurants.

The “Italian wine and culture evening” followed on Friday, July 19 at Widumshof St. Pauls. On Saturday, 20 July, the Paulsner farmers spoiled guests with tasty dumpling variations under the motto “from spherical to colorful”.

A special highlight on 23 July was the 100-metre-long table for the Great Gourmet Event, where star chef Herbert Hintner delighted gourmets with his creations.

The event continued on July 25 with the “Cultural Evening at the St. Pauls Winery”, followed by the atmospheric “Pauls Rosé” event on July 26. The crowning finale of the Wine Culture Weeks was the event “The Pearl at the End” on July 28.
